Will my images be used for any other purpose?
No, we take the complete responsibility to make sure that your images remain safe & secure. The images are used only for the purpose of etching and sent back to you within the specified time.

Do you keep my images as a backup?
Yes.. we do keep the images as a backup for a period of 15 days, and then the images are deleted by default from the server.

Do I need to install any special hardware and software?
Not required, all you need to have is a recent & updated web browser {Safari, Internet Explorer 5.5 & above, Google Chrome or Firefox (Recommended)}.

If I cancel a job, will I get a refund?
Your amount will be refunded only if you inform us about the cancellation within 30 mins from the time you have placed the order (Only for Delivery time above 12 hrs).

What is the maximum file size I can upload?
You can upload files based on your internetspeed upto 600mb. Quicketch provides you an advanced multiple up-loader option.

What file formats can I upload?
You can upload the images in all formats (JPEG, PSD, TIFF, EPS, PNG, BMP, etc...)

In what format will you be sending the completed files?
Quicketch delivers the images in all formats which are comfortable for your art work. (JPEG, PSD, TIFF, EPS, PNG etc...)

How many images can I upload at a time?
Quicketch provides you with a multiple uploader option where you have a flexibility to upload upto 50 images at a time.

How do I upload about 100+ files easily?
For the clients who have large number of files to be uploaded, we provide them with a FTP account on request.

What are your turnaround times?
Quicketch concentrates on time to time delivery which supports our clients worldwide. In accordance, our services are rendered round the clock at your convenience. (3hrs, 6hrs, 12hrs, 24hrs & 48hrs).

Can I get my images back the same day?
Yes you can. First time in the world Quicketch offers a special service where you can upload the images and get back immediately*(Based on the image complexity).

Why should I rate my images?
You are the best judge to rate your image. We authorize our clients to rate the images on behalf of us, so that we can go ahead with the process. If your rating does not match our quality control we will intimate you before processing the job.

How do I differentiate b/w Simple, Medium, Complex & Super Complex images?
We have given a brief description as to what the different types of ratings are with examples, based on which you will be able to rate the images.

Where can I see the processed clipping path?
Open your image in Photoshop.
Under main menu bar click window
Open the path palette & select "Paths”.

How do you rate your service level guarantee?
If the images are not delivered in the specified time requested, we make sure that the job is done absolutely free of cost. More overif you’re not satisfied with the service offered to you, we request you to send back the images with your feedback that we will process it again to your satisfaction with no additional cost. This also helps us in the training of our back end production team. As we believe in customer satisfaction.
